Police Incidents from 11-2-18 to 11-5-18

DISORDERLY CONDUCT:  On 11-2-18 Lachell Weems (34) of Conestoga was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) stemming from a disturbance that occurred on Dell Ln on 10/30/18.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  On 11-2-18 police received a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 1021 Commercial Ave.  Estimated damage $2,000.00 to $5,000.00.

PUBLIC DRUNK:  On 11-2-18 Albert Ortiz (56) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S) stemming from an incident at Marietta Ave and Farmingdale Rd.

RETAIL THEFT:  On 11-2-18 police responded to Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a reported retail theft.  Juan Ruiz-Oquendo (37) of Lancaster was taken into custody and charged with Retail Theft (M2) for the theft of a Dewalt 12v Drill valued at $129.99.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 11-2-18 police received a report of theft from vehicle at 500 Centerville Rd.  Total loss valued at $95.00.

WARRANT SERVICE:  On 11-3-18 police responded to a vagrancy in progress report at 2160 Noll Dr.  The male, Tracy Smith (49), was found to have a warrant through State Probation and Parole.  Smith was transported and turned over to Lancaster County Prison.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT:  On 11-3-18 officers responded to the 600 block of Northlawn Dr for a domestic disturbance.  Following an investigation, Cristofer Alexander Jose (26) of Marietta, was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault (F1), Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).  The male was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT/PFA VIOLATION: On 11-4-18 officers responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for the report of a Protection from Abuse Order violation.  Matthew Hartman (23) of Columbia was observed to be in violation of the PFA order.  Hartman was taken into custody, charged with Violation of Order and transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.

RETAIL THEFT:  On 11-5-18 police responded to Wheatland Beer Distributors, 1703 Columbia Ave, for a reported retail theft.  An unknown female concealed a bottle of beer valued at $12.85 in her purse and left the store without making payment.  The same female, Tina Babb (49) of Lancaster, returned to Wheatland Beer Distributors on 11-7-18.  She was taken into custody for the previous offense and  charged with Retail Theft (F3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

POSSESSION with INTENT TO DELIVER DRUGS:  On 11-5-18 a 17 year old female was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Drugs (F), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) stemming from an incident that occurred on 10-13-18 in the 300 block of Main St, Landisville.
