POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 10/19/20 THRU 10/26/20

HARASSMENT: On 10-19-20 Luis Antonio Martinez Jr (23) of Coatesville was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 10-13-20 at the Lancaster General Health Campus, 2100 Harrisburg Pk.

HARASSMENT: On 10-19-20 John Brock (59) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an altercation 10-3-20 in the 700 block of Catherine St.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 10-19-20 police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for an altercation between a student and staff.  A 15-year old male student of Leola was charged with Simple Assault (M2).

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 10-21-20 police responded to the WJTL Studios, 1875 Junction Rd for a theft from vehicle report.  At approximately 1805 hrs on this same date an unidentified male, wearing a black mask and blue hooded sweatshirt, was observed reaching into an unlocked car and removing a Calvin Klein purse.  Total estimated value of loss $511.00.

HARASSMENT: On 10-21-20 police responded to the 2000 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Jiheidi Carera (32) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 10-21-20 police responded to Hodge Tool Company, 2831 Old Tree Dr, for a fight that just occurred.  Following investigation, Latonya Epinette (24) of Lancaster and Maria Rosado (57) of Columbia were both cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 10-22-20 Richard A Musser (53) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct, stemming from an altercation 9-29-20 at Wawa, 1990 Miller Rd.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 10-22-20 police observed Louis Petras (56) homeless standing on the westbound ramp from Route 30 to Rohrerstown Rd.  Petras was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Petras was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 10-22-20 police responded to Route 283 eastbound just prior to Landisville Rd for a theft from vehicle report.  A disabled vehicle that was parked in this location since 10-20-20 had a broken driver’s side window and a child booster seat taken from the vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $250.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 10-23-20 police responded to Dollar General, 1805 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred.  Following investigation, Steven Daniels (24) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S) for taking a box of plastic sandwich baggies.  Total estimated value of loss $3.75.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 10-24-20 police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Robert Brown Jr (27) of Lancaster was found to have several warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Brown was taken into custody and turned over to a Sheriff’s Deputy.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 10-26-20 Marcus David Cruz (19) of Lancaster and Isiah Papo Morales (20) of Columbia were both cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 9-21-20 at Intricate Precision Manufacturing, 2970 Old Tree Dr, involving the removal and damage of political signs.

THEFT: On 10-26-20 police responded to the 1800 block of Village Cir for a theft report.  Sometime between 10-20-20 and 10-23-20 three pieces of jewelry were taken from a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $910.00.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 10-26-20 Zachary Goss (19) of Wrightsville was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a traffic stop 8-11-20 on Route 30 westbound in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 10-26-20 Ryan Shoemaker (21) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from a disturbance 10-20-20 in the 300 block of Rohrerstown Rd.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 10-26-20 Nicholas Delauney (21) of Wilmington, DE was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and a summary traffic citation, stemming a hit and run crash 10-11-20 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.
