THEFT: On 10-18-19 police responded to Son’s Ice Cream & Yogurt, 1991 Miller Rd, for a reported theft. On 10-17-19 at approximately 1701 hrs, a surveillance camera recorded a white male, dressed in all black, exit a gray Dodge Ram 1500, walk to the business and take the tip jug. Total estimated value of loss $100.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 10-18-19 police responded to Penn State Health, 2301 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism report. Sometime between 2000 hrs 10-17-19 and 0800 hrs 10-18-19, actor(s) wrote on the entrance sign with a marker. Total estimated value of loss $50.00.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 10-18-19 police were contacted by Kelloggs Company, 2050 State Rd, for a disturbance. Following investigation, Elijah Matthews (25) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 10-18-19 police responded to the Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd, for a disturbance. Following investigation, two 13-year old male students of Mountville were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).
COUNTERFEITING: On 10-18-19 police responded to Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1533 Columbia Ave, for a counterfeit report. On 10-17-19 at approximately 1400 hrs, a female made payment using a counterfeit $100.00 bill. The bill was discovered to be counterfeit at the end of the day when the bank deposit was prepared.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 10-18-19 police conducted a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Columbia Ave. The front seat passenger, Adam Fultz (34) of Columbia, was found to have a warrant through the York County Sheriff’s Department. Fultz was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
HARASSMENT: On 10-19-19 police responded to Turkey Hill, 23 Centerville Rd, for a domestic dispute. Following investigation, Anthony Salveggi (51) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), Disorderly Conduct (S) and Criminal Mischief (S).
BURGLARY: On 10-19-19 at 2014 hrs police responded to the 2800 block of Wimbledon Ln for a burglary. Sometime between 1815-2000 hrs on 10-19-19, actor(s) smashed a rear glass door to make entry into the residence. The residence was ransacked and multiple items were taken to include jewelry and currency from various countries. Total estimated value of loss $19,000. Total estimated value of damage is unknown at this time.
HARASSMENT: On 10-21-19 a 16-year old female of Lititz was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, on 9-26-19.
THEFT OF LOST PROPERTY: On 10-21-19 Cory Shaub (28) of Lancaster was charged with Theft of Lost Property (M2), stemming from an incident on 10-4-19 in the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr.
OPERATE VEHICLE WITHOUT IGNITION INTERLOCK: On 10-21-19 Nathan Winn (39) of Lancaster was charged with Operate Vehicle W/Out Ignition Interlock (M) and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (S), stemming from an incident 10-2-19 at MDJ Chudzik’s Office, 2168 Embassy Dr.
ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN: On 10-21-19 Hans-Christian Maldonado (20) of Lancaster was charged with Endangering Welfare of Children (F3) and Aggravated Assault (F2), stemming from an incident 8-30-19 in the 2900 block of Marietta Ave.

Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 10-11-19 at KFC, 1533 Columbia Ave. Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident 10-14-19 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave. Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident 10-15-19 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave. Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 10-18-19 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave.
INDECENT EXPOSURE: On 10-23-19 Sophorn Soeur (34) of Lancaster was charged with Indecent Exposure (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 10-12-19 in the parking lot of Giant Food Store, 550 Centerville Rd.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 10-24-19 police conducted a traffic stop on RT 283 EB in the area of State Rd. Following investigation, Alex Miklos (28) of Lancaster was charged with Possess Small Amount of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 10-26-19 at 2237 hrs police responded to the 2700 block of Den Mill Rd for a possible burglary in progress. Following investigation, it was determined that juveniles, who reside at the residence, were present without permission and found to be in possession of marijuana. Subsequently, two 16-year old males of Lancaster were both charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M). They were taken into custody, transported to East Hempfield Township Police Station and then turned over to a parent.
TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 10-26-19 police were contacted by the Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd, to report a student made terroristic threats in the company of other students. Following investigation, a 12-year old male student of Mountville was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1)
INTIMIDATION OF WITNESS: On 10-27-19 police responded to the 1100 block of Snapper Dam Rd for a Protection from Abuse violation in progress. Following investigation, Timothy Chavez (35) of Landisville was taken into custody and charged with Intimidation of a Witness (F3) and Criminal Trespass (F3). Chavez was transported to Lancaster County Prison.
RETAIL THEFT: On 10-27-19 at 0258 hrs police responded to Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred. A white male in his early to mid-twenties presented a counterfeit $20.00 bill as payment for a pack of cigarettes. He was told he needed a different form of payment and left the store to get another form of payment, taking the cigarettes with him. He never returned to pay for the cigarettes. Total estimated value of loss $7.70.
THEFT: On 10-28-19 police received a report of a theft in the 300 block of Winding Hill Dr. Sometime on 10-22-19 actor(s) removed a Comcast Cable Box, HDMI cord, surge protector and electrical cord from the residence. Total estimated value of loss $40.00.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 10-28-19 a 16-year old female student of East Petersburg and a 15-year old female student of Lancaster were both cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from a fight at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on this date.
ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 10-29-19 Julia Brown (39) of Lancaster was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and 2 summary traffic violations, stemming from a hit and run crash on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Columbia Ave on 10-5-19.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 10-29-19 police responded to the 2400 block of Chestnut View Dr for a report of vandalism. Sometime between 10-28-19 2000 hrs and 10-29-19 0800 hrs, actor(s) moved a wood and metal bench from a flower bed to the middle of the yard causing damage to two wooden slats.
