We receive requests for copies of crash reports all day, every day (we investigate quite a few). We are permitted by law to release copies of crash reports to involved parties, their insurers, and lawyers representing involved parties. The fee to obtain a copy of a crash report is $15.00. In order to request a copy of a crash report please call the police department at 717-898-3103, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, or make your request via e-mail at: records@ehpd.org . Please DO NOT request copies of a crash reports via a Right-To-Know request. Crash report requests do not fall under the Pennsylvania Right-To-Know. Thank you!
