Officers were dispatched to a crash involving a tractor-trailer on US Route 30 westbound west of Rohrerstown Road around 1515 hours on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Officer arrived on scene and found a sedan struck the side of a tractor-trailer and subsequently came to rest against the center median barrier. The operator of the sedan was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured. Identities of the involved parties is being withheld until family notifications can be made. The crash is being investigated by the Lancaster County Crash team.
