SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 9-4-26 Luis Martinez (46) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2), stemming from an incident 8-16-26 at Mavis Discount Tire, 1655 Columbia Ave.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT BY VEHICLE: On 9-4-26 Giovanni I. Hogan (20) of Lancaster was charged with Aggravated Assault by Vehicle (F3), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a vehicle crash 8-15-25 at 1600 hrs in the 2600 block of Harrisburg Pk.  The vehicle Hogan was driving struck an individual riding an electric bicycle.

STRANGULATION: On 9-4-26 at 2207 hrs, police responded to the 1000 block of Huffman Pl for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Benjamin A Gardner (45) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Strangulation (F2) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-4-26 at 2242 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 East in the area of Harrisburg Pk.  Following investigation, the driver Joseph Manuel Cruz (39) of Lititz was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance (M) and a summary traffic violation.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 9-6-26 Kyle G. Meredith (45) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S) and Pedestrian Walking Along or on Highway (S), stemming from an incident 8-31-26 in the 1800 block of Village Cir.

CURFEW VIOLATION: On 9-7-26 at 0136 hrs, police observed two juveniles in the 100 block of W Main St.  Following investigation, a 15-year-old female of Lancaster and a 17-year-old male of Columbia were cited with a Curfew Violation (S).

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-8-26 a 17-year-old male student of Lancaster and a 17-year-old male student of Columbia were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-8-26 Peter F Shehata (24) of Mountville was charged with (3) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance (M), stemming from a traffic stop 8-19-26 at 1136 hrs in the 600 block of Good Dr.

FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE OFFICER: On 9-9-26 at 2010 hrs, police initiated a traffic stop on Route 30 East in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.  The vehicle fled disregarding emergency lights and siren, finally coming to a stop on Fruitville Pk in the area of Chester Rd.   The driver, Joshua Lee Sensenig (41) of Schaefferstown was taken into custody, charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer (F3), (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), Resisting Arrest (M2) and a summary traffic violation.  Sensenig was transported to Lancaster County Prison.
