DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 9-11-26 a 13-year-old female student of Manheim was cited with Disorderly Conduct, stemming from an incident 9-4-26 at the Hempfield High School Football Stadium, 1550 Kauffman Rd.

SOLICITATION ORDINANCE VIOLATION: On 9-11-26 Jaquez Damarius Johnson (28) of Middletown, DE and Muhammed Yaffa (31) of Wilmington, De were cited with Soliciting (S), stemming from an incident 9-3-26 at Wheatland Hills Apartments, 190 Colonial Crest Dr.  The individuals allegedly disregarded the posted No Soliciting signs on the property and did not obtain a soliciting license from the police department.

POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL UNDER THE AGE OF 21: On 9-11-26 at 2246 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 East in the area of Good Dr.  The driver, Cameron M Hill (18) of Denver was found to have a 12-pack of beer in plain view in the vehicle.  The beer was confiscated and Hill was cited with Possession of Alcohol Under the Age of 21 (S).

FORGERY: On 9-14-26 Perry Bannister (51) homeless was charged with Forgery (F2), stemming from an incident 7-8-26 at M&T Bank, 1847 Columbia Ave.  Bannister allegedly cashed a forged check in the amount of $2,178.47. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 9-16-26 at 0358 hrs, police responded to America’s Auto Auction, 1040 Commercial Ave, for a vehicle theft report.  Unidentified actor(s) forced entry to the property and removed four vehicles from the location.  Total estimated value of loss $377,050.00.  Total estimated value of damage is unknown at this time.

HARASSMENT: On 9-16-26 Brian M Davidson (38) of Landisville was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a domestic incident that occurred in the first block of Elizabeth St.
