POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 8/7/25 THRU 8/18/25

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 8-8-25 at 2131 hrs, police responded to Dollar Tree, 165 Rohrerstown Rd, for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Daniel Gracia (49) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

THEFT: On 8-13-25 at 2112 hrs, police responded to Dairy Queen, 1935 Columbia Ave, for a theft that just occurred.  A male allegedly took the tip jar from the counter and fled on foot.  Police located the male walking in the 1600 block of Columbia Ave and identified him as Joseph W Westman (42) of Lancaster.  Westman was searched incident to arrest and suspected methamphetamine was located in his sock.  Westman was charged with Theft (M3) and Possession of Controlled Substance (M).  Total estimated value of loss $6.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 8-14-25 Charish N Coy (20) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 8-1-25 at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave.  Coy allegedly placed (3) bottles of 99 Brand malt beverages and (1) BuzzBallz beverage into her pockets and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $12.98.

PFA VIOLATION: On 8-15-25 at 2038 hrs, police responded to the 2500 block of Spring Valley Rd for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Anastasia V Kitova (51) of Lancaster, was taken into custody and charged with Contempt for Violation of Order (M2).  Kitova was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 8-15-25 at 1516 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Clover Cir for a trespassing in progress.  Following investigation, Douglas Gordon Rupp (82) of Landisville was cited with Criminal Trespass (S).  Rupp was on a residential property trimming tree branches without permission.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 8-15-25 Starr Lynch (37) of Harrisburg and Steven Lynch (46) of Harrisburg were each charged with Theft by Deception (F3), Conspiracy-Theft by Deception (F3), Theft of Services (F3) and Bad Checks (M1), stemming from an incident 5-14-25 at Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster, 5100 Main St.  The Lynch’s had their vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster and allegedly paid for the service with a check from a closed business account.  Total estimated value of loss $2,930.57.  Warrants were issued for their arrests.

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN: On 8-17-25 at 1415 hrs, police responded to the 1000 block of Devonshire Rd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Marianne Theresa Magee (27) of Drexel Hill was taken into custody, charged with Endangering Welfare of Children-Parent (F3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 8-18-25 James Anthony Fetterolf (37) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a traffic stop on Columbia Ave in the area of Donnerville Rd on 11-18-24.
