POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 8/7/24 THRU 8/20/24

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 8-7-24 police responded to the Days Inn & Suites, 2929 Hempland Rd, to conduct a warrant service on John Michael Corse (34) of Mountville with a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Corse would not comply with instructions, lunged at officers with a metal stake in his hand and actively resisted arrest.  Corse was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), Resisting Arrest (M2) and Defiant Trespass (M3) and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

STALKING: On 8-7-24 Junior Ramos (37) of Lancaster was charged with Stalking (M1), Terroristic Threats (M1) and Harassment (M3), stemming from multiple incidents between 7-30-24 and 8-4-24 in the first block of Colonial Crest Dr.  A warrant was issued for his arrest. On 8-12-24 Ramos was located at Interiors Home, 3130 Columbia Ave, and taken into custody.  He was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Chudzik, then transported to Lancaster County Prison unable to post his bail set at $10,000.00 cash.

VEHICLE WITH ALTERED IDENTIFICATION NUMBER:  On 8-9-24 police conducted a traffic stop on Good Dr in the area of Marietta Ave.  Following investigation, the driver, Tusean Tuan Phan (35) of Lancaster, was taken into custody, charged with Vehicle with Altered Vehicle Identification Number (F3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT:  On 8-9-24 Gabriel Antoine Dubuisson (39) of Silver Spring, MD was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident on 3-23-24 at Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd. in which merchandise totaling $2,178.48 was taken. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 8-11-24 police received a theft from vehicle report at 500 Richardson Dr.  Sometime between 8-10-24 at 2300 hrs and 8-11-24 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) removed a Glock 19X Pistol from a vehicle in the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $700.00.

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 8-12-24 at 0735 hrs, police responded to the 700 block of Scarsdale Cir for a protection from abuse violation in progress.  Following investigation, Jordan Conard (31) of York was taken into custody and charged with Contempt for Violation of Order (M3).  He was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Chudzik and his bail was set at $20,000.00 unsecured.

BURGLARY: On 8-13-24 Jadon James Lapp (20) of East Earl was charged with Burglary (F2), Criminal Mischief (S) and Possess Instrument of Crime (M1), stemming from an incident 8-30-23 at Steinmetz Coins and Currency, 350 Centerville Rd.

BURGLARY: On 8-16-24 at 0252 hrs, police responded to an alarm at Lancaster Honda, 2350 Dairy Rd.  Actor(s) forced entry to the building and removed a Honda CRF250RX motorcycle.  Total estimated damage $1,000.00.  Total estimated value of loss $8,699.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 8-16-24 at 1233 hrs, police responded to Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft in progress.  Following investigation, Robinson Rafael Ramos-Ruiz (42) of Mountville was charged with Retail Theft (S).  Ramos-Ruiz was found to have multiple items in his pockets.  Total value of loss $25.48.

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 8-20-24 Brook L Ramos (24) of Landisville was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 8-15-24 when her dog was found in the roadway at the South Ave and James St intersection.

BURGLARY: On 8-21-24 Travis Edgar Damron (33) of North East, MD was charged with Burglary (F2), Conspiracy to Commit Burglary (F2), Theft (F3) and Evading Arrest on Foot (M2), stemming from an incident 3-31-24 at B&B Yamaha, 343 Champ Blvd.  Damron and an accomplice allegedly broke into the business and took (2) dirt bikes with a total estimated value of $28,796.00.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.
