POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 8/4/26 THRU 8/11/26

RETAIL THEFT: On 8-4-26 Nicholas P Beegle (36) of Mount Joy was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 7-27-26 at BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd. Beegle allegedly selected a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses from the optical center, removed the price tag, concealed them under information flyers and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $149.00.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 8-5-26 at 1242 hrs, police responded to the 2100 block of Columbia Ave for a reported naked male that was defecating on the roadway.  Following investigation, Alexander Ocana-Galan (54) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S) and Disorderly Conduct (S).

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 8-8-26 at 0234 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, Centerville Rd for an intoxicated driver.  Following investigation, Marcos Martinez Jr (47) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M), Possession of a Controlled Substance (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Restrictions of Alcoholic Beverages (S).

POSSESSION OF FIREARM PROHIBITED: On 8-8-26 at 1128 hrs, police received a weapons complaint in the 2800 block of Dell Ln.  Following investigation, Peter Gonzalez (52) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Possession of Firearm Prohibited (F2) and Simple Assault (M2) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 8-9-26 at 2150 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 257 Centerville Rd, for a harassment complaint.  Following investigation, Richard J Becker (53) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S)

RETAIL THEFT: On 8-10-26 Jonathan J Salvat (31) of Columbia was charged with Retail Theft (M2), stemming from an incident 8-4-26 at Turkey Hill, 257 Centerville Rd. Salvat allegedly walked behind an unattended counter and took an electronic vape pen from a cabinet and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $30.73. 

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 8-10-26 Kenny J Beltran-Caban (58) of Lancaster was charged with Prohibited Offensive Weapons (M1) and Simple Assault (M2).  Kenissa Beltran (29) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M3) and Rosaura I Rosado (30) of Lancaster was also charged with Simple Assault (M3).  All charges stem from an incident 7-16-26 at 2146 hrs in the first block of Duo Dr.
