POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 7/7/23 THRU 7/17/23

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 7-7-23 police responded to the 3200 block of Harrisburg Pk for a Protection from Abuse Violation that just occurred.  Following investigation, Heriberto Morales-Rivera (46) of York was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt - Arrest for Violation of Order.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SIMPLE ASSAULT-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 7-8-23 at 0337 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Main St for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Dustin Ray Lefever (45) of Landisville was taken into custody, charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

BURGLARY: On 7-8-23 at 0443 hrs, police responded to the 2000 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Geoffrey Opio Jr (26) of Lancaster was charged with Burglary (F1), Stalking (M1), Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2), Harassment (S) and Criminal Mischief (S).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.  Opio turned himself in to police 7-14-23, was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Chudzik and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

FORGERY: On 7-10-23 police responded to the Comfort Inn & Suites, 543 Champ Blvd, for a fraud report.  Counterfeit $100 bills were used to pay for a room rental.  Following investigation, Matthew D Wright (33) of Columbia was charged with Forgery (F2) and Danielle Albert Johns (49) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Forgery (F2).  Both were taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT: On 7-10-23 police responded to Myers Auto Body & Service Center, 2705 Lancaster Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 7-9-23 at 2100 hrs and 7-10-23 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) took the Pennsylvania Registration Plates from two vehicles.  Total estimated value of loss $90.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 7-11-23 Daniel Omar Campbell (34) of Bellwood, PA was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 7-5-23 at the Comfort Inn & Suites, 543 Champ Blvd.

THEFT: On 7-11-23 Timothy M McMullen (62) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (M2), stemming from an incident in the first block of W Brandt Blvd on 6-28-23.

HARASSMENT: On 7-12-23 Mychael Hassan Burke (41) of Harrisburg and Daniel Eugene Kauffman (58) of Columbia were cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 6-26-23 at Advancing Alternatives, 501 Richardson Dr.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-13-23 police responded to Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill, 301 Rohrerstown Rd, for a vandalism report.  An employee’s vehicle in the parking lot received two large scratches across both driver’s side doors.  Total estimated value of damage $2,000.00.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE:  On 7-13-23 a 16-year-old female of Lancaster was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle accident 7-12-23 in the 2400 block of Columbia Ave.

HARASSMENT: On 7-14-23 Joan M. Lee (52) of Millersville was cited with Harassment(S), stemming from an incident 6-28-23 at 2901 Harrisburg Pk.

THEFT: On 7-14-23 police responded to the 100 block of Cooper Ave for a theft report.  Sometime between 7-12-23 at 1200 hrs and 7-14-23 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) removed 11 bags of mulch from a driveway.  Total estimated value of loss $22.00.
