RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON: On 7-23-26 Kristofer Caleb Phillips (29) of Lancaster was charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 7-17-26 at 0601 hrs on Route 30 West in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.  Phillips was allegedly pointing a green laser at the driver’s side rearview mirror of the vehicle traveling in front of him causing temporary blindness.

THEFT: On 7-24-26 at 1024 hrs, police responded to Lancaster Hyundai, 5260 Main St, for a theft report.  On 7/23/26 at 1420 hrs, two unidentified males loaded four Pirelli Tires into a van and left the scene without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $1,7230.00. 

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 7-24-26 Amos W Ortman Jr (49) of Columbia was charged with Arrest for violation of Order (M3), stemming from incidents occurring in May 2026.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 7-26-26 at 1854 hrs, police responded to the 2100 block of State Rd for an assault in progress.  The assault occurred in a vehicle enroute to Penn State Health Medical Center, 2160 State Rd.  Following investigation, Christopher Micha Lewis (44) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Simple Assault (M1) and Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 7-27-26 Jorge Eugene Showers (38) of Landisville was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 7-11-26 at 200 Church St. 

FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE OFFICER: On 7-28-26 at 0143 hrs, police observed a male on a dirt bike style e-bike without pedals traveling in the 1800 blk of Columbia Ave. Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the e-bike failed to stop.  The male was located moments later by Manor Township Police.  The 15-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer (M2) and a summary traffic violation.

CURFEW VIOLATION: On 7-28-26 at 0156 hrs, police observed a male riding a bicycle on McGovernville Rd in the area of Harrisburg Pk without lighting on the bicycle. Following investigation, a 14-year-old male of East Petersburg was cited with a Curfew Violation.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE: On 7-31-26 at 0651 hrs, police responded to the 1200 block of Mil Mar Rd to locate John Winicki (58) of Lebanon who has a warrant for simple assault through Delaware County.  Winicki was taken into custody, charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition (F3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 7-31-26 at 0838 hrs, police responded to Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center, 2160 State Rd, for an assault not in progress.  Following investigation, Timothy P Leaman (43) of Manheim was cited with Harassment (S).

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE: On 8-1-26 at 2139 hrs, police responded to the 1900 block of Glenbrook Ave to locate Eric Andrew Slonneger (52) of Lancaster who has a warrant through Baltimore County, MD.  Slonneger was taken into custody and charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition (F3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 8-2-26 at 1835 hrs, police responded to the 900 block of Raymee Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, John Robert Heckler Jr (27) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).
