PA DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 7-18-26 at 1043 hrs, a dog was found running loose in Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd.  The dog was taken into custody and turned over to the owner, James L Vogel (72) of Landisville.  Vogel was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S).

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-19-26 at 0141 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Yellow Goose Rd.  Following investigation, Madeline Gonzalez (38) of East Petersburg was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation.

RETAIL THEFT: On 7-19-26 police responded to Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report. At 1300 hrs, a male purchased a few food items, but left without paying for several beverages.  Total estimated value of loss $8.07.  Following investigation, the male was identified as Michael A Clark (38) of Lancaster and he was charged with Retail Theft (S).

HARASSMENT: On 7-19-26 at 0211 hrs, police responded to Wawa, 1990 Miller Rd, for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Dimitri S Cockrell (22) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

HARASSMENT: On 7-20-26 at 0147 hrs, police responded to McDonald’s, 311 Centerville Rd, for an assault that just occurred.  Following investigation, Birhangeta Neji Awol (44) of Alexandria, VA was cited with Harassment (S).

HIT & RUN: On 7-21-26 at 1715 hrs, police responded to the 3000 block of Marietta Ave for a hit and run crash involving three vehicles.  Pedro Ariades Bautista (34) of Bellefonte was located moments later in the 700 block of Dustin Dr.  Bautista was taken into custody, charged with Accidents Involving Personal Injury (M1), Resisting Arrest (M2), Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended (S) and Careless Driving (S) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
