POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 6/11/26 THRU 6/18/26

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 6-12-26 Brian D Patterson (31) of Lancaster was cited with Defiant Criminal Trespass (S), stemming from an incident 5-14-26 at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-12-26 Cameron L Davis (25) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 5-20-26 at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd.  Davis allegedly scanned items for purchase with the Sheetz app on his phone, but never completed the transaction to make payment. Total estimated value of loss $11.50.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 6-12-26 Efrain F Jensen (40) of Lancaster was cited with Defiant Criminal Trespass (S), stemming from an incident 6-4-25 on Rohrerstown Rd underneath the Route 283 overpass. 

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 6-12-26 Adrian Jesse Jones (37) of Columbia was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a two vehicle crash 6-11-26 at 1917 hrs on Flory Mill Rd in the area of Rohrerstown Rd. 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 6-14-26 at 0140 hrs, police responded to Route 30 East for a vehicle traveling west in the eastbound lane.  The vehicle was located on Route 30 East in the area of Rohrerstown Rd. Following investigation, Wilson Rene Nicolas-Martinez (28) of Harrisburg was taken into custody, charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), Open Lewdness (M3) and Driving without a License (S) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILDREN: On 6-15-26 Elian Jose Soto (26) of Lancaster was charged with Endangering Welfare of Children (M1), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and Simple Assault (M2), stemming from a domestic incident in the 1800 block of Rohrerstown Rd at 1226 hrs.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.  Soto turned himself in to Magisterial District Justice Chudzik on 6-18-26.  He was arraigned, given $3,000.00 cash bail and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 6-15-26 at 2158 hrs, police responded to the 2300 block of Wood St for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Ross Jonathan Novack (36) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with (2) counts of Terroristic Threats (M1), (2) counts of Simple Assault (M2), Harassment (M3) and Stalking (M2) then transported to Lancaster County Prison

PFA VIOLATION: On 6-16-26 Chad Anthony Deascenti (44) of Lancaster was charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M3), stemming from an incident 6-11-26 at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd.

OPERATE VEHICLE W/OUT IGNITION INTERLOCK: On 6-17-26 Dustin Marie Stively (28) of Harrisburg was charged with Operate Vehicle w/out Ignition Interlock and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 6-6-26 on Route 30 West in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE-DUI RELATED: On 6-17-26 Charline Marsha Saintus (40) of Columbia was charged with Driving with Suspended License-DUI Related-3rd or Subsequent Violation (M3), stemming from a traffic stop 5-27-26 on Hempland Rd in the area of Centerville Rd.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-18-26 at 1647 hrs, police responded to the 3400 block of Hempland Rd for a criminal mischief report.  Ten minutes prior to police arrival, a domestic occurred and intentional damage was done to the rear passenger side door of the victim’s vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $500.00.
