POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 6/10/22 THRU 6/20/22

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-10-22 police conducted a traffic stop on Embassy Dr in the area of Ambassador Cir.  The driver, Anthony Kitch (33) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through Manheim Township Police Department.  Kitch was taken into custody and turned over to Manheim Township Police.

THEFT: On 6-11-22 police received a theft report that occurred on this date at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.  An Apple iPhone 8 was left in a bathroom at 1110 hrs and at 1130 hrs it was no longer there.  Total estimated value of loss $200.00.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 6-11-22 at 0044 hrs, police located a vehicle with its lights on in the Lowes parking lot, 25 Rohrerstown Rd.  Following investigation, Tek Gurung (32) of Rosedale, MD was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

STRANGULATION: On 6-12-22 at 2151 hrs, police responded to the 200 block of East Main St for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Trevar Bailey (45) of Landisville was charged with Strangulation-Domestic Violence (F2), Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S).  Bailey was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 6-13-22 at 1518 hrs, police responded to the 2000 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, a 15-year-old male of Lancaster was taken into custody and charged with Terroristic Threats-Domestic Violence (M1) and Simple Assault (M1).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-13-22 police were made aware of damage to the Men’s Restroom under the pavilion in Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd.  Sometime between 0800 hrs and 1838 hrs this date, actor(s) stuffed toilet paper and large tree branches into the toilets and broke one of the toilet paper holders. Unknown value of damage at this time.

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE-DUI RELATED: On 6-13-22 Charline Marsha Saintus (36) of Mountville was charged with Driver License Suspension Pursuant to DUI-3rd Offense (M3), stemming from a traffic stop 4-17-22 in the 2700 block of Columbia Ave.

BURGLARY: On 6-14-22 police responded to Stir Foods, 501 Richardson Dr, for a burglary.  Sometime between 6-13-22 at 1700 hrs and 6-14-22 at 0750 hrs, actor(s) entered the building through an unlocked door and went to the second-floor office area.  Several offices were rummaged through and multiple items and cash were taken.  Total estimated value of loss $135.00.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 6-14-22 police responded to the 2200 block of Mayer Ave for a vehicle theft.  Sometime between 6-12-22 at 1500 hrs and 6-14-22 at 1200 hrs, actor(s) removed a 2020 black Kandi Go-Kart from the backyard of a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $2,000.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-15-22 police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Rohrerstown Rd.  The driver of the vehicle, Ilaira Cabrera (38) of Landisville, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Cabrera was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE-DUI RELATED: On 6-15-22 police conducted a traffic stop on Catherine St in the area of Marietta Ave.  The driver, Micaela Gomez (24) of York, was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was charged with Driver License Suspension Pursuant to DUI-3rd Offense (M3) and a summary traffic violation.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 6-17-22 police received a theft from vehicle report that occurred in the parking lot of the Landisville Pool, 49 Elmwood Ave, between 1745-2000 hrs this date.  Actor(s) removed cash from an unlocked vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $200.00.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 6-19-22 police responded to the 2700 block of Scenic Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Jose Manuel Pontier (39) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).  Pontier was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
