SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 5-10-25 at 2132 hrs, police responded to the 1100 block of Amy Ln for a check on the welfare.  Following investigation, Jean Marie Gasson (62) of Lancaster, was taken into custody, charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRUELTY TO ANIMAL: On 5-13-25 Raymond Rivera III (18) of Lancaster was cited with Cruelty to Animals (S), stemming from an incident 4-30-25 at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center, 101 Champ Blvd. 

HARASSMENT: On 5-14-25 a 13-year-old female of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 5-10-25 in the 700 block of Catherine St.

HARASSMENT: On 5-15-25 a 13-year-old female student of Ephrata was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 5-6-25 at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 5-15-25 Gabriel Rivera-Rivera (19) of Lancaster was charged with Access Device Fraud (M1).  Between 4-1-25 and 4-30-25 Rivera-Rivera allegedly used the victim’s credit card information to purchase six Door Dash deliveries in the 700 block of Scarsdale Cir.  Total estimated value of loss $190.59.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 5-16-25 David D Parker (42) of Lancaster was charged with Theft by Deception (F3), stemming from an incident 4-14-25 in the 1500 block of Stony Battery Rd.  Parker sold a vehicle receiving payment of $5,300.00 by personal check.  Parker then allegedly requested the victim pay using Zelle to expedite the process and agreed to destroy the check.  Parker allegedly received payment through Zelle and deposited the check.   Total estimated value of loss $5,300.00.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.
