POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER: On 5-5-26 Jonathan K Detweiler (39) of Lancaster was charged with (6) counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (F), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance (M), stemming from an incident 4-30-26 at 0359 hrs at the intersection of Rohrerstown Rd and Spring Valley Rd.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 5-5-26 Jonathan M Kline (44) of Lancaster was charged with Disorderly Conduct (M3), stemming from an incident 5-4-26 at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 5-8-26 Yaroslav Bondarenko (31) of East Petersburg was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a four-vehicle crash at the intersection of Church St and Camp Meeting Rd on 3-23-26 at 1727 hrs.

HARASSMENT: On 5-8-26 at 0810 hrs, police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, a 14-year-old male student of Brownstown was cited with Harassment (S).

HARASSMENT: On 5-10-26 at 1706 hrs, police responded to the 2700 block of Harrisburg Pk for a domestic-not in progress.  Following investigation, Eric D Tangert (36) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment-Domestic Violence (S).

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 5-11-26 Ralph Eugene Nace (77) of Landisville was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from a road rage incident 5-4-26 in the 300 block of Wissler Way. 

TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE: On 5-11-26 Kelly M Ricketts (39) of Brownstown was charged with Tampering with Evidence (M2) and Obstruction of Law Enforcement (M2), stemming from an incident 5-8-26 at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 5-11-26 Samuel Picart (21) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a traffic stop 4-30-26 at 0919 hrs in the 2800 block of Columbia Ave.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 5-13-26 at 0625 hrs, police responded to the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Jennifer L Dommel (47) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).
