RETAIL THEFT: On 5-31-24 police responded to Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft report.  At approximately 1400 hrs an unidentified male placed several food items in a plastic bag at the self-check-out and then left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $14.55.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 5-31-24 a 16-year-old female student of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Use of Tobacco in Schools (S), stemming from an incident 5-24-24 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-3-24 Quince Everett Holmes (52) of Hummelstown was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 5-30-24 at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave.  Holmes allegedly purchased a sandwich, then picked up (4) packs of Pokemon cards on his way to the exit and exited without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $19.05.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-3-24 Johara Nevaeh Toomey (21) of Dover, PA was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 5-25-24 at Sheetz, 2149 State Rd.  Toomey and an accomplice allegedly removed (2) cases of Corona beer and a 24-pack of BeatBox Party Punch from the beer cooler and then left without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $146.13.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 6-3-24 Wilfredo Rodriguez Diaz (24) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 6-1-24 at Windsor Court Townhouses, 1831 Hidden Ln.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 6-3-24 at 0048 hrs, police responded to the 2300 block of Marietta Ave for a two-vehicle accident.  Following investigation, Rubi Velez-Morales (29) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and two summary traffic violations.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-4-24 police responded to CVS, 2110 Spring Valley Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 6-3-24 at 1725 hrs, (3) unidentified females entered the store and placed over two hundred facial care products inside their skirts and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $5,731.99.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-5-24 at 1331 hrs, police responded to Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft in progress. Following investigation, James James (61) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Retail Theft (F3) and Possession of Marijuana (M) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.  Total estimated value of loss $76.95.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 6-8-24 police responded to the 2800 block of Fleetwood Dr for a vehicle theft report.  Sometime between 0400 hrs and 0700 hrs unknown actor(s) removed a Honda Grom motorcycle that was parked on the roadway.  Total estimated value of loss $3,699.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 6-9-24 at 1728 hrs, police responded to Dutch Apple Dinner Theater, 510 Centerville Rd, for a theft from vehicle report.  At approximately 1500 hrs an unidentified male went through an employee’s vehicle.  It was later determined that there was a wallet removed from the vehicle and the company credit card was used to make a purchase at a store.  Total estimated value of loss $5,300.00.

HARASSMENT: On 6-10-24 Courtney M Rice (37) of Landisville was cited with Harassment, stemming from an incident 5-29-24 at Ducklings Early Learning Center, 3101 Yellow Goose Rd.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 6-10-24 Douglas Rupp (81) of Landisville was cited with Criminal Trespass (S), stemming from an incident in the 3100 block of Parker Dr.  Rupp allegedly entered a residential property without permission and cut numerous trees. 

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 6-10-24 Lily Renee Andrews (23) of York was charged with (3) counts of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and two summary traffic violations, stemming from a single vehicle accident 5-26-24 on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Rohrerstown Rd.

HIT & RUN CRASH: On 6-10-24 a 16-year-old male of New Holland was charged with Accident Involving Death/Injury (M1), Accident Involving Death/Injury-Not Properly Licensed (M2) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle accident in the 700 block of Rohrerstown Rd on 6-3-24.
