CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 5-15-26 at 1828 hrs, police responded to Rohrerstown Mennonite Church, 601 Rohrerstown Rd, for a trespassing in progress.  Following investigation, Carmen D Rondon (43) of Lancaster and Miguel A Rondon (33) of Perth Amboy, NJ were charged with Defiant Criminal Trespass (M3).

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 5-15-26 at 2318 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a trespass in progress.  Following investigation, Gabriel Michael Samsel (24) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

HARASSMENT: On 5-15-26 a 17-year-old female student of Mountville was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 5-17-26 at 1010 hrs, police responded to the intersection of Nissley Rd and Pennscott Dr for a single vehicle crash.  Following investigation, John A Heisey (75) of Landisville was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).

THEFT: On 5-18-26 at 0812 hrs, police responded to J Thomas LTD, 300 Richardson Dr, for a theft report.  Sometime between 5-3-26 and 5-11-26, actor(s) removed a Starcraft utility trailer from the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $500.00.

DISSEMINATE EXPLICIT SEXUAL MATERIAL TO MINOR: On 5-18-26 Caleb Wayne Spotts (18) of Lancaster was charged with Disseminate Explicit Sexual Material to Minor (F3), (2) counts of Communication with Minor-Sexual Abuse (F3), Child Pornography (F3) and Corruption of Minors (M1), stemming from incidents 2-27-26 and 2-28-26. Spotts allegedly sent explicit sexual photos to a 15-year-old female and persuaded her to send explicit sexual photos to him.

RETAIL THEFT: On 5-21-26 Ambiorix Arias-Mejia (44) of Lancaster was cited with (3) counts of Retail Theft (S) as result of incidents that occurred at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd, on 4-9-26, 4-18-26 and 4-28-26. Total estimated value of loss $20.82.
