POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 5/1/26 THRU 5/6/26

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 4-30-26 a 14-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), stemming from an incident at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

HARBORING DANGEROUS DOG: On 4-30-26 Marizelli Lopez (35) of Lancaster was cited with Harboring Dangerous Dog (S) and Confinement-Control of Dog (S), stemming from an incident 4-3-26 in the 2900 block of Terry Ln.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 5-1-26 a 15-year-old male student and a 16-year-old male student both of Mountville were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 4-28-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 5-1-26 a 14-year-old female student of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2), stemming from an incident at Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 5-3-26 at 0538 hrs, a vehicle was found parked in the 500 block of Centerville Rd in the right-hand northbound lane with the engine running. The driver, Nayeli Negron-Gonzalez (24) of Lebanon, was found asleep in the vehicle.  Following investigation, Negron-Gonzalez was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 5-4-26 Eric A Johns (54) of Elizabethtown was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle accident 5-1-26 on the Route 283 East on ramp from State Rd.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 5-4-26 Luis Alfonso Alicea (32) of York was charged with 2 counts of Defiant Trespass (M3), Harassment (S) and Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended (S), stemming from incidents 5-1-26 and 5-2-26 at ALDI, 2210 Embassy Dr.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 5-4-26 a 17-year-old male student of Columbia was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 4-30-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 5-5-26 0651 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a male throwing rocks at moving vehicles.  Following investigation, Brian D Patterson (30) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S)

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 5-5-26 at 1002 hrs, police responded to the first block of Tenby Way for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, John Carlos Pagan (29) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats -Domestic Violence (M1), Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and 2 counts of Harassment (S).

HARASSMENT: On 5-7-26 Amos W Ortman (48) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 4-17-26 in the 100 block of Spring Cir.
