POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 4/1/26 THRU 4/9/26

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 4-1-26 at 1859 hrs, police responded to the 2300 block of Wood St for an assault that just occurred.  It was reported that a 13-year-old male was pushed off the mini dirt bike he was riding.  Following investigation, Kyle D Watts (42) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and Criminal Mischief (S).  Total estimated value of damage to the mini dirt bike $100.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-3-26 at 0941 hrs, police received a retail theft report that occurred 4-4-26 at CVS, 630 Centerville Rd.  An unidentified female took multiple bottles of perfume.  Total estimated value of loss $4,053.77.

ROBBERY: On 4-3-26 at 1136 hrs, police responded to Everest International Grocery, 1621 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A male entered the store, gathered multiple food items and attempted to leave without making payment.  When approached by management the suspect shoved the manager and left the store.  The suspect was identified as Oshane A Powell (31) of Lancaster.  Powell was located in the 500 block of S West End Ave, taken into custody, charged with Robbery (F1) and Retail Theft (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.  Total estimated value of loss $64.97.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-3-26 Oshane A Powell (31) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 3-21-26 at Asian Center Supermarket, 2060 Bennett Ave, for taking a bag of fish without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $10.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-4-26 at 1945 hrs, police responded to AT&T, 101 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  An unidentified male took three display speakers and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 4-2-26 police received a theft from vehicle report that occurred between 4-4-26 at 2200 hrs and 4-5-26 at 0900 hrs in the 900 block of Centerville Rd.  An unlocked vehicle was entered by actor(s) and $40.00 cash was taken. 

THEFT: On 4-7-26 at 1311 hrs, police responded to Roots Country Market, 705 Graystone Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1200 hrs and 1300 hrs, actor(s) took at binder of coins from a flea market stand.  Total estimated value of loss $11,250.00.

HARASSMENT: On 4-7-26 Mary D Crable (39) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 3-14-26 at Penn State Lancaster Medical Center, 2160 State Rd.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 4-8-26 Brian D Patterson (30) of Lancaster was cited with Defiant Trespass (S), stemming from an incident at Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave.
