THEFT: On 3-6-26 Kevin Bernard Holmes Jr (18) of Columbia was charged with Theft (M1), stemming from an incident 2-11-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.  Holmes allegedly took Apple AirPods Max headphones from a school locker room.  Total estimated value of loss $550.00. 

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 3-6-26 Cody Robert Betz (29) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 2-27-26 at 2252 hrs on Route 283 East just prior to Rohrerstown Rd.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 3-6-26 Gregory Michael Smith (45) of Columbia was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M), stemming from an incident 3-5-26 at 0157 hrs at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave.

HARASSMENT: On 3-7-26 at 0802 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Ridings Way for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Vincent C Ferguson (43) of Mechanicsburg was cited with Harassment (S).

RETAIL THEFT: On 3-7-26 police responded to Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft not in progress.  On 3-6-26 at 1239 hrs an unidentified male concealed (3) 12 oz bottles of Southern Comfort Malt Beverage in his pants and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $23.97.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:  On 3-8-26 at 0152 hrs, police responded to the 2400 block of Columbia Ave for a single vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Ariel Triana-Diaz (61) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and multiple summary traffic violations.

HARASSMENT: On 3-9-26 Jordan T Bridges (34) of Reading was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from multiple phone calls between 2-11-26 and 2-13-26 to One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, 516 Running Pump Rd.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 3-10-26 at 0024 hrs, police responded to Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center, 2160 State Rd, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Judy Lynn Simpson (60) of Lancaster was charged with Criminal Trespass (M3)
