RETAIL THEFT: On 3-21-24 at 1649 hrs, police responded to CVS, 2110 Spring Valley Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A female left the store without paying for moisturizer, hair conditioner, and a candy bar. Total retail value of loss was $14.25. At 1928 hrs, police responded to CVS, 630 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred involving the same female suspect from the Spring Valley Rd. incident. This time, the female exited the store without paying for diapers and toilet paper. Total retail value was $60.78. At 1933 hrs, the suspect was located by police at a business in the 500 block of Centerville Rd. She was identified as Kaila Dalisse Gantz (36) of Lancaster, and she was charged with Retail Theft (S) for each incident.

RETAIL THEFT: On 3-22-24 Adam Corey Emerick (38) of Mount Joy was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 12-30-23 at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd.  Emerick allegedly walked into the beer cooler, took (2) 24-packs of Modelo beer and exited the store without paying.  Total estimated value of loss $39.98.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE: On 3-25-24 police were contacted by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Kissimmee, FL concerning a felony warrant they have for Samuel Omar Garcia Carrion (23) of Lancaster.  Garcia Carrion was located in the 100 block of Welsh Dr, taken into custody, charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition (F) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

EVADING ARREST OR DETENTION ON FOOT: On 3-25-24 Tuoi Mai Van (38) of Lancaster was cited with Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot (S), stemming from an incident 3-22-24 at 2156 hrs on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Old Rohrerstown Rd.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 3-25-24 Isaiah Carmello Saletto-Cruz (20) of Mount Joy was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a hit and run accident 3-19-24 on Columbia Ave at N Donnerville Rd.
