USE OF TOBACCO IN SCHOOLS PROHIBITED: On 3-21-25 a 16-year-old male student of Lancaster was cited with Use of Tobacco in Schools Prohibited (S), stemming from an incident 2-21-25 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

USE/POSSESS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: On 3-24-25 a 16-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Use of Tobacco in Schools Prohibited (S), stemming from an incident 3-19-25 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

ABUSE OF CARE DEPENDENT PERSON: On 3-24-25 Eric J Calcara (49) of Millersville was charged with Abuse of Care Dependent Person (M2), stemming from an incident 3-12-25 at Batteries Plus, 3023 Columbia Ave.  Calcara attempted to prevent police and ambulance personnel from providing medical attention to an elderly female in his care.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 3-26-25 at 1937 hrs, police responded to Royal Farms, 200 Rohrerstown Rd for suspicious activity.  Following investigation, Bishnu K Subedi (48) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
