POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 3/20/26 THRU 3/31/26

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 3-20-26 Joseph Allen Suggs (38) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a single vehicle crash 3-15-26 at 0002 hrs in the 2400 block of Harrisburg Pk.

RETAIL THEFT: On 3-26-27 police responded to CVS, 630 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  At 1300 hrs, two unidentified females filled their bags with multiple perfumes and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $2,435.01.

UNDERAGE DRINKING: On 3-27-26 a 17-year-old female of Lancaster was cited with Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages (S), stemming from an incident 3-16-26 at 0120 hrs at Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 3-28-26 at 0557 hrs, police responded to the Columbia Diner, 1725 Columbia Ave, for vagrancy in progress.  Following investigation, Daniel Vincent Burkhart (45) homeless was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 3-28-29 at 2316 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Treetops Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Marcus Paul Taczanowsky (46) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Terroristic Threats (M1) and Harassment (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT: On 3-29-26 Jaidyn Allen Stephens-Martinez (21) of Lancaster was charged (8) times with Retail Theft (S), stemming from incidents at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd between 3-12-26 and 3-23-26.  Stephens-Martinez allegedly gathered items throughout the store, going to the self-checkout register, purchasing a few items and placing other items into a bag without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $170.17.

ABUSE OF CARE DEPENDENT PERSON: On 3-30-26 Kiara Marie Elvir (30) of Lancaster was charged with Abuse of Care Dependent Person (M1), stemming from an incident 3-16-26 at Magnolias of Lancaster, 1870 Rohrerstown Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 3-31-26 at 0655 hrs, police responded to the 2400 block of Spring Water Cir for a disturbance.  Following investigation, a 15-year-old male of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

POSSESSION OF WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 3-31-26 a 13-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Weapon on School Property (M1) and Use of Tobacco in Schools Prohibited (S), stemming from an incident 3-25-26 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 4-1-26 Joshua E Clinger (36) of East Petersburg was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a road rage incident 3-25-26 in the 2600 block of Marietta Ave.
