POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 3/13/26 THRU 3/19/26

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 3-13-26 at 1449 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Scenic Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Jason Rapp (46) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

HARASSMENT: On 3-14-26 at 1436 hrs, police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Willie I Davis III (34) of Baltimore, MD, was cited with Harassment (S) for shoving a Security Officer when he was advised he was parked in a no parking area.

PFA VIOLATION: On 3-15-26 at 1338 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Yellow Goose Rd.  Following investigation, the passenger Angel Conde (48) of Lancaster, was taken into custody and charged with Contempt for Violation of Order (M3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 3-15-26 at 0211 hrs, police responded to the 300 block of Wissler Way for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Chitra Bhattarai (42) of Landisville was cited with Harassment (S).

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 3-16-26 at 0350 hrs police responded to Turkey Hill, 257 Centerville Rd for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Dasany Robertson (19) of Lancaster was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault to Designated Individuals (F1), Disorderly Conduct (S) and Public Drunkenness (S).  Robertson was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 3-17-26 at 1737 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Terry Ln for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Gelvin A Castro (33) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault (F1), Criminal Attempt-Aggravated Assault (F1), Possession of Firearm Prohibited (F2), Terroristic Threats (F3), Reckless Endangerment (M2) and 2 counts of Simple Assault (M2).  Castro was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 3-17-26 Ahmed Soltan (45) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 11-24-25 in the 2100 block of Swarr Run Rd.

RETAIL THEFT: On 3-19-26 at 1824 hrs, police responded to Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft in progress.  Employees observed Karen Hartley (55) of Lancaster allegedly conceal multiple items in a canvas shopping bag and detained her.  Following investigation, Hartley was charged with Retail Theft (S).  Total estimated value of loss $16.15.  Police were provided video surveillance of Hartley earlier this date at 1338 hrs taking batteries and leaving the store without making payment.  Hartley was charged with Retail Theft (S) for this incident also.  Total estimated value of loss $4.50.
