THEFT: On 2-26-26 Sabrina L Trout (36) of Conestoga and Andrew R Snyder (40) of Lancaster were charged with (6) counts of Theft (M2), (6) counts Conspiracy-Theft (M2), (3) counts of Theft (M3) and (3) counts of Conspiracy-Theft (M3), stemming from package delivery thefts at Tobacco Road Apartments, 191 Broad St.  On multiple occasions between 12-11-25 and 12-28-25 Trout and Snyder allegedly removed packages from the common room that did not belong to them.  Total estimated value of loss $746.24.

HARASSMENT: On 2-27-26 a 13-year-old male student of Columbia was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-25-26 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

HARASSMENT: On 2-27-26 a 14-year-old female student of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-23-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

HARASSMENT: On 3-2-26 Nana K Afreh Sika (33) of York was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-24-26 in the first block of Madge Dr.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 3-4-26 police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for an assault that just occurred.  Following investigation, a 17-year-old male student of Columbia was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-5-26 at 0026 hrs, police responded to Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd for a domestic.  Following investigation, Scarlett Sabine Hall (20) of Mount Joy was charged with Criminal Mischief (F3) for allegedly causing extensive damage to the interior of a vehicle with an unknown type blade.  Total estimated value of damage $8,000.00.  A warrant was issued for her arrest.
