DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-20-26 at 2139 hrs, police observed a disabled vehicle in the 800 block of Centerville Rd.  Following investigation, the driver Charles Joseph Fowler Jr (41) of Lancaster was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation.

RETAIL THEFT: On 2-21-26 police responded to Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 1761 Columbia Ave for a retail theft report. On 2-20-26 an unidentified male removed a bottle of Don Julio Tequila from the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $59.29.

HARASSMENT: On 2-23-26 at 1931 hrs, police responded to Urban Air Adventure Park, 2040 Bennett Ave, for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, a 14-year-old male of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

FALSE REPORT: On 2-23-26 Marco C Wolf (29) of Mount Joy was charged with False Report-Falsely Incriminate Another (M2), False Report-Reported Offense Did Not Occur (M3), and several summary traffic violations, stemming from an incident 2-17-26 on Route 283 East in the area of Landisville Rd.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 2-23-26 Judy Lynn Simpson (60) of Lancaster was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3), stemming from an incident 2-18-25 at 0319 hrs at Sheetz, 2149 State Rd.
