POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 2/10/26 THRU 2/18/26

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 2-10-26 at 1330 hrs, police responded to the Lancaster Junction Trail, 99 Champ Blvd, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 0800 hrs and 1330 hrs, actor(s) broke the rear driver’s side window of a parked vehicle.  Unknown amount of loss and damage at this time.

USE OF TOBACCO IN SCHOOLS PROHIBITED: On 2-10-26 a 16-year-old male student of East Petersburg was charged with Use of Tobacco in Schools Prohibited (S), stemming from an incident 2-9-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 2-10-26 at 1443 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Welsh Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Autumn R Pittman (18) of Lancaster was taken into custody and charged with (2) counts of Aggravated Assault-Designated Individuals (F2), Resist Arrest (M2), Disorderly Conduct (M3) and Possession of Marijuana (M).  Pittman was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 2-10-26 at 1753 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of W Main St for a fight in progress.  Following investigation, Maximillion Josealber Gonzalez (27) of Lancaster and Darryl Zanick Neal (46) of Mount Carmel were each charged with Simple Assault (M3).

FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE OFFICER: On 2-11-26 at 0815 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop at 25 Rohrerstown Rd.  The driver, Jeannette Marie Ruiz (29) of Lancaster, was advised her vehicle would be towed due to no insurance.  As the officer was preparing citations for the traffic violations, Ruiz left the scene and disregarded the officer’s siren and emergency lights.  After Ruiz stopped and parked her vehicle, she was taken into custody and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer (M2) and multiple summary traffic violations.  Ruiz was found to have multiple warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and was transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

RETAIL THEFT: On 2-11-26 at 1447 hrs, police responded to CVS, 2110 Spring Valley Rd, for a retail theft with the suspect in custody of management.  Following investigation, Zulanni Anazco-Boue (40) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S).  Anazco-Boue took multiple beauty items with a total estimated value of $148.36.

RETAIL THEFT: On 2-13-26 police responded to Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 1761 Columbia Ave for a retail theft report.  On 2-12-26 between 1900 hrs and 2000 hrs, an unidentified male took a bottle of Casamigos Blanco Tequila and a bottle of Don Julio Reposado Tequila and exited the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $113.98.

RECOVERED STOLEN VEHICLE: On 2-13-26 at 1909 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Columbia Ave in the area of Yale Ave.  The VIN plates on the vehicle appeared to be tampered with and the vehicle was held to obtain a search warrant for further investigation.  Following investigation, the vehicle was found to be stolen from a car dealership in Hamilton, NJ.  The driver, Kareem Marquan Fields (22) of Philadelphia was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (F3), Disposition of Vehicle or Vehicle Part w/Altered Vehicle Identification Number (F3), Possess Instrument of Crime (M1) and Use of Registration Plate Flipping Device (S).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

STALKING: On 2-14-26 police responded to the 1700 block of Wicklawn Dr for a harassment report.  Following investigation, Ian Arthur Green (34) of York was charged with (2) counts of Stalking (F3), (2) counts of Harassment (M3) and (2) counts of Harassment (S).  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 2-18-26 a 15-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-11-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

HARASSMENT: On 2-18-26 Cory A Waite (37) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-28-26 in the 100 block of Urban Dr.
