POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 1-9-26 Jawon W Christopher (30) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 1-8-26 at 1843 hrs in the 2100 block of Noll Dr.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-12-26 at 1120 hrs, police responded to the Lancaster County Junction Trail, 99 Champ Blvd, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 1020 hrs and 1120 hrs, actor(s) smashed the front passenger side window of a parked vehicle and took a purse.  Total estimated value of loss $550.00.  Total estimated value of damage $400.00.

FORGERY: On 1-12-26 Denic H Dixon Jr (26) of Columbia was charged with Forgery (F3), stemming from an incident 6-23-25 at Belco Credit Union, 201 Good Dr.  Dixon allegedly entered the bank with a forged check for $3,760.00 and deposited it into his account.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

POSSESSION AND USE OF UNLAWFUL DEVICES: On 1-12-26 Estiebel Matta (27) of Lancaster was charged with Computer Trespass (F3), Unlawful Use of Computer-Access to Disrupt Function (F3), Use Device to Record, Read, Obtain Encoded Information on a Device (F3), Possess Instrument of Crime (M1). Between 12-27-25 at 2356 hrs and 12-28-25 at 0104 hrs Matta allegedly attempted to place a skimming device on the ATM at the Belco Credit Union, 201 Good Dr.  Matta is currently incarcerated at Lancaster County Prison on other charges.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-14-26 at 0103 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Manor Ridge Dr at Columbia Ave.  Following investigation, the driver Shakisha N Moore (36) of Lancaster was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation.

USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN SCHOOLS PROHIBITED: On 1-15-26 a 16-year-old male student of East Petersburg was cited with Use of Tobacco Products in Schools Prohibited (S), stemming from an incident 1-14-26 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 1-15-26 at 0853 hrs, police responded to the 300 block of Springton Way for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Theresa Phuoc Nguyen (59) of Lancaster was charged with Aggravated Assault-Domestic Violence (F2) and Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2).
