POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 12/29/22 THRU 1/5/23

Details Map

THEFT: On 12-29-22 police responded to Starbucks, 100 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  At approximately 1540 hrs, a male entered the drive through on foot and took the tip jar that is seated on the outside window.  Unknown amount of loss at this time.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 12-29-22 police received a vehicle theft report.  Sometime between 12-28-22 at 0800 hrs and 12-29-22 at 1400 hrs, actor(s) removed a disabled 2005 Acura sedan that was on the side of Route 283 West near the Spooky Nook Rd entrance ramp.  Total estimated value of loss $2,000.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-29-22 police responded to Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, 2108 Spring Valley Rd, to serve a warrant for the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department on Jamie Lea (49) of Mount Joy.  Lea was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-29-22 Elijah Jordan Leed (20) of Columbia was charged with 2 counts of Retail Theft (M2), stemming from incidents at Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd, on 11-7-22 and 11-8-22.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-29-22 police received a retail theft report from Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd.  On 12-22-22 an unidentified female left the store with $67.32 worth of groceries in her cart, without making payment.

THEFT: On 1-3-23 at 1634 hrs, police responded to Nu-Wave Wireless, 570 Centerville Rd.  for a theft that had just occurred. Two unidentified males left the business with (5) iPhones that were taken from a display.  Total estimated value of loss $4,427.97.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-3-23 Charles D Williams (76) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), stemming from a single vehicle accident 12-22-22 in the 100 block of Chiques Rd.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-3-23 Shanice Fashah Johnson (30) of East Petersburg was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 10-24-22 at Sheetz, 2149 State Rd.

THEFT: On 1-4-23 at 2039 hrs, police responded to Hot Z Pizza, 3001 Harrisburg Pk, for a theft that just occurred.  A male picking up a take-out order was observed removing cash from a tip jar and a donation jar.  Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 1-5-23 Benjamin D Miller (25) of Lancaster was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle accident 12-2-22 on Route 283 East in the area of Spooky Nook Rd.
