RETAIL THEFT: On 12-19-25 Kasear B Ray (19) of York was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 12-10-25 at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd. Ray allegedly gathered multiple food items, placing them in his backpack and left the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $18.32.
SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-19-25 Destiny Cruz (22) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M1) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident that occurred 12-14-25 in the 800 block of Stonebridge Dr.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 12-19-25 a 14-year-old female student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 12-12-25 at Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-20-25 at 0420 hrs, police responded to the 800 block of Sylvan Rd for a suspicious activity in progress. Following investigation, Logan Givler (26) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-21-25 at 0144 hrs, police responded to 7-Eleven, 2009 State Rd, for a disturbance. Following investigation, Kristy L Fisher (55) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-21-25 at 1121 hrs, police responded to the 2400 block of Spring Water Cir for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 12-19-25 at 1900 hrs and 12-21-25 at 1100 hrs, actor(s) took a tote from the bed of a truck, which contained multiple tools. Total estimated value of loss $400.00.
ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILD: On 12-21-22 at 1254 hrs, police responded to the 600 block of Centerville Rd for a domestic in progress. Following investigation, Jesse A Zeller (33) of Coatesville was taken into custody, charged with Endangering Welfare of Child (M1), Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M1) and Harassment (S) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
THEFT: On 12-21-25 police received a theft report that occurred in the 900 block of Driver Ave. Sometime between 12-9-25 at 1200 hrs and 12-10-25 at 1500 hrs, actor(s) removed a package from the porch of a residence. Total estimated value of loss $505.00.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-21-25 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 0800 hrs and 1423 hrs, actor(s) forced entry into a locked vehicle through the rear hatch of the vehicle. An Urban Outfitter bag with clothing and cameras in it was taken. Total estimated value of loss $4,165.00.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-22-25 at 0124 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a suspicious activity. Following investigation, Angel Luis Serrano Jr (35) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN SCHOOLS PROHIBITED: On 12-22-25 a 15-year-old male student of East Petersburg and a 17-year-old male student of Mountville were cited with Use of Tobacco Products in Schools Prohibited (S). A 16-year-old male student of Columbia was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M). The (3) juveniles were found to be in possession of vape pens at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 12-10-25.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 12-22-25 a 17-year-old male student of Lancaster and a 15-year-old male student of Lancaster were cited with Disorderly Conduct, stemming from an incident 12-15-25 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.
HARASSMENT: On 12-24-25 at 1750 hrs, police responded to mile marker 25.8 of Route 283 West for a domestic in progress. Following investigation, Rubina Azizdin (43) of Mechanicsburg was cited with Harassment (S).
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-25-25 at 0151 hrs, police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred. An unidentified male entered the store, asked the employee for (2) cartons of Newport 100s cigarettes, took them from the counter and fled the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $262.80.
RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: On 12-28-25 at 0335 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on Good Dr in the area of Noll Dr. Following investigation, the driver Estiebel Matta (27) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Receiving Stolen Property (M1), Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), Fraudulent Use/Removal of Reg Plate (S) and Driving w/o License (S), then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-28-25 at 1558 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd, for a disturbance in progress. Following investigation, Rubinhio Cherestal (21) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 12-28-25 at 1652 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd, for a disturbance in progress with a male threatening to shoot the occupants of the building. Following investigation, Rubinhio Cherestal (21) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Terroristic Threats (F3) and Disorderly Conduct (S) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 12-29-25 at 2146 hrs, police responded to the 1500 block of Swarr Run Rd for a disturbance involving a knife. Following investigation, Omar Chariffth Brenes Garcia (40) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault (F1), Terroristic Threats (M1), Disorderly Conduct (M3) and Public Drunkenness (S) then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-30-25 police responded to Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report. On 12-26-25 an unidentified male took (2) Voodoo Ranger 16 oz malt beverages and (1) 6-pack of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey then left the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $11.58.
HARASSMENT: On 12-30-25 a 16-year-old female of Elizabethtown was cited with Harassment, stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, at 2100 hrs this same date.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-30-25 at 2212 hrs, police responded to the parking lot of Lancaster EMS, 2635 Columbia Ave, for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 2051 hrs and 2205 hrs, actor(s) removed a duffel bag filled with clothing and cash from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $250.00.
