HARASSMENT: On 12-13-24 police responded to Candlewood Suites, 100 South Tree Dr, for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Elijah H Ashlock (57) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-14-24 at 0446 hrs, police responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 30 westbound in the area of Centerville Rd.  Following investigation, Jurel R Daniel (39) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M) and several summary traffic violations.

HARASSMENT: On 12-16-24 at 1740 hrs, police responded to the first block of Peacock Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Christine L Fake (54) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

THEFT: On 12-16-24 police received a theft report that occurred 11-27-24 in the 700 block of Church St.  A male was captured on video surveillance removing a package from the porch of a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $31.68.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-16-24 Derek Baker (51) of Lancaster was charged with Criminal Mischief (F3), Criminal Trespass (M3), Disorderly Conduct (M3) and Harassment (M3), stemming from an incident 11-29-24 in the 1100 block of Kenneth Dr.  Baker allegedly damaged the front door and siding/molding at the bay window of a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $10,834.79.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

HARASSMENT: On 12-17-24 at 2211 hrs, police responded to the 400 block of Estelle Dr for a threats complaint.  Following investigation, Shawn Rittenhouse (42) of Leola was cited with Harassment (S).

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 12-18-24 John Robert Pearson (43) of Elizabethtown was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 12-7-24 at Goodwill, 121 Rohrerstown Rd.  Pearson allegedly thought he was overcharged for his items and shouted profanities and caused a disturbance.

POSSESSION OF WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 12-19-24 a 13-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Weapon on School Property (M1), stemming from an incident 12-12-24 at the Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.
