POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 12/11/25 THRU 12/18/25

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 12-12-25 a 15-year-old female student of Mountville and a 17-year-old female student of Mount Joy were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 12-9-25.

BURGLARY: On 12-13-25 at 1334 hrs, police responded to the 1000 block of Chapel Forge Dr, for a burglary in progress.  The victim reported a male was in the residence attempting to steal a Harley Davidson Electra Glide motorcycle.  Upon arrival police observed the perpetrator fleeing the scene on the motorcycle wearing a backpack that was also taken from the residence.  Total estimated value of loss $6,706.26.  Following investigation, Charles William Nathan (28) of Lancaster was charged with Burglary (F2), Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer (F3), Theft (F3), Theft (M1), and multiple summary traffic violations.   A warrant was issued for his arrest.  Nathan was located 12-14-25 at Motel 6, 2959 Lincoln Highway East, by East Lampeter Police.  East Hempfield Township Police took custody of Nathan and transported him to Lancaster County Prison.  The motorcycle was recovered 12-16-25 by Manor Township Police in the 2900 block of Charlestown Rd.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-13-25 at 0437 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a retail theft in progress.  Two unidentified males wearing masks were observed by staff carrying multiple 12-packs of Twisted Tea and other malt beverages from the Beer Cave to their vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.

STOLEN VEHICLE: On 12-14-25 at 1510 hrs, police responded to U-Haul, 1985 State Rd, for a vehicle theft report.  At approximately 0447 hrs, an unidentified male entered a Ford E-450 Cargo Box truck and drove off the property in it.  Total estimated value of loss $50,000.00.  The vehicle was recovered 12-16-25 on Lincoln Highway in the area of Slaymaker Rd in Paradise Township.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-17-25 at 2014 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Madge Dr for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Joshua Lee Wilson (27) of Coatesville, was taken into custody, charged with Simple Assault (M2), Strangulation (M2), Harassment (S) and Public Drunkenness (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT: On 12-18-25 at 0737 hrs, police responded to Benjamin Roberts Ltd Office Interiors, 119 South Tree Dr, for a theft report.  At 0243 hrs on this date an unidentified male removed (8) catalytic converters from trucks on the property.  Total estimated value of loss $8,000.00.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 12-18-25 Ameer Rashwan (25) of Harrisburg was charged with Aggravated Assault-Designated Individuals (F2), stemming from an incident 11-27-25 at 0926 hrs on Route 283 East in the area of Caroline Ct.  Rashwan was located in Lancaster City, taken into custody and arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Chudzik.  He was transported to Lancaster County Prison on a parole violation. 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 12-18-25 a 14-year-old female student of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 12-12-25 at the Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd.
