AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 1-19-26 a 16-year-old male student of Ephrata was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), Disorderly Conduct (S) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-15-26 at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir.

BURGLARY: On 1-19-26 at 0041 hrs, police responded to the 3400 block of Columbia Ave for a burglary in progress.  The complainant reported a male broke into the building by breaking a window and was still inside.  Brian Reese Sebastian (45) of Lancaster was taken into custody and following investigation, he was charged with Burglary (F1), Criminal Trespass-Break into Structure (F2), Loitering and Prowling at Night Time (M3) and Criminal Mischief (S).  Sebastian was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

HARASSMENT: On 1-19-26 Sol D Ramos (43) of Lancaster and Roselynn Vergara Torres (42) of Lancaster were both cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-18-26 at Elimar’s Bar & Grill, 2309 Columbia Ave.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 1-22-26 at 0416 hrs, police responded to the intersection of Harrisburg Pk and Centerville Rd for a male jumping in front of cars.  Following investigation, Samuel M Vonstein (37) of Belleville was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
