POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 10/30/25 THRU 11/19/25

STALKING: On 10-31-25 Mark Q Minge (48) of West Palm Beach, FL was charged with Stalking (M1), Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image (M2) and Harassment (M3), stemming from multiple incidents over the last several months in the 200 block of Colonial Crest Dr.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-3-25 a 16-year-old female student of Mount Joy was charged with Simple Assault (M2), stemming from an incident 10-30-25 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 11-3-25 at 1146 hrs, police responded to the intersection of Hempland Rd and Centerville Rd for an accident involving two vehicles with one of the drivers leaving the scene on foot.  The fleeing driver, Gary Campbell (59) of Landisville, was located moments later in front of Café East, 594 Centerville Rd.  Following investigation, Campbell was taken into custody, charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3), Possession of Controlled Substance (M), Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M) and several summary traffic violations.  He was then transported to Lancaster County Prison.

PFA VIOLATION: On 11-3-25 Nichole Jo Kline (36) of East Petersburg was charged with Contempt for Violation of Order (M), stemming from an incident that occurred at 2147 hrs in the 700 block of Eastside Dr. 

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-7-25 Felix Delgado Mendez (52) of East Earl was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 10-21-25 at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd.  Medez allegedly entered the Beer Cave, removed (3) 12-packs of Heineken Beer and left without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $59.97.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 11-9-25 at 2338 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a trespass in progress.  Following investigation, Hung Xuan Lam (60) of Harrisburg, was taken into custody, charged with Defiant Trespass (M3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11-12-25 Benjamin W Feinberg (48) of Landisville was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 10-18-25 at CVS, 301 E Main St.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 11-12-25 Tony Papadimitriou (74) of Lancaster was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3), stemming from an incident 10-28-25 at Root’s Country Market & Auction, 705 Graystone Rd.

THEFT: On 11-13-25 Breyonna Jessica Pearl (18) of Columbia was charged with Theft (F3).  Pearl was employed by Turkey Hill, 298 E Main St, and allegedly stole $2,185.00 worth of Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off tickets between 9-12-25 and 10-9-25.

UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF INTIMATE IMAGE: On 11-13-25 Ramon Almodovar-Toro (25) of Lancaster was charged with Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image (M2) and Harassment (M3), stemming from incidents occurring since February 2025 in the 2000 block of Swarr Run Rd.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-13-25 Hector Manuel Burgos-Torres was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a traffic stop 9-4-25 at 0038 hrs in the 2200 block of Columbia Ave.

FALSE REPORTS: On 11-13-25 Jasmine Carrero (41) of Lancaster was charged with False Reports (M3), stemming from an incident 11-4-25 in the 700 block of Sylvan Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 11-14-25 a 13-year-old female of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 10-25-25 in the 1000 block of Centerville Rd.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-14-25 at 1417 hrs, police responded to Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A female purchased a few items and concealed other items beneath a blanket and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $20.00.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-17-25 Matthew A Schreck (39) of Columbia was charged with Simple Assault (M3) and Angel Perez-Smith (22) of Lancaster was charged with (2) counts of Simple Assault (M2), 1 count of Simple Assault (M3) and Criminal Mischief (S).  The charges are the result of a road rage incident that occurred 11-1-25 at 2004 hrs in the 300 block of Rohrerstown Rd.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11-17-25 Freddy A Quispe-Tamayo (44) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 10-26-25 in the parking lot of Giant, 550 Centerville Rd.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-17-25 at 1111 hrs, police responded to the 2600 block of Spring Valley Rd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Sean W Fleming (38) of Staten Island, NY was cited with Criminal Mischief (S) and Harassment (S).

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-19-25 police responded to Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 1761 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft report.  On 11-14-25 at 1530 hrs, an unidentified male removed a bottle of Hennessy Cognac from the shelf and walked directly out of the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $89.99.

DISSEMINATE PHOTO/FILM OF CHILD SEX ACTS: On 11-19-25 a 13-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Disseminate Photo/Film of Child Sex Acts (F3) and Harassment (S) and a 13-year-old male of Mount Joy was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident in the 400 block of Estelle Dr in August 2025.
