POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 10/10/25 THRU 10/20/25

RETAIL THEFT: On 10-10-25 at 1330 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred.  An employee observed a male enter the beer cave, place a can of Twisted Tea in his pocket and leave the store without making payment.  Following investigation, Jason S Andro (19) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S).  Total estimated value of loss $3.29.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 10-12-25 at 0039 hrs, police responded to the first block of Main St for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, John C Shenk (73) of Landisville was cited with Public Drunkenness (S) and Harassment(S).

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 10-14-25 at 0327 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a trespassing in progress.  Following investigation, Hung Xuan Lam (60) of Harrisburg was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3).

VEHICLE THEFT: On 10-14-25 at 1915 hrs, police responded to Wheatland Beer Distributors, 1701 Columbia Ave, for a vehicle theft that just occurred.  Between 1855 hrs and 1905 hrs, unknown actor(s) took a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer from the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $6,900.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 10-14-25 a 16-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident at Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, on 10-3-25.  The juvenile allegedly entered the beer cave, placing two 6-packs of Smirnoff Ice, three 20 oz cans of beer and three BuzzBallz Cocktails into a backpack and exited the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $40.12.

RETAIL THEFT: On 10-15-25 Yessenia Martinez-Ayala (38) of Lititz was charged with (5) counts of Retail Theft (S), stemming from incidents occurring between 8-26-25 and 9-4-25 at Sheetz, 1655 Rohrerstown Rd.  Total estimated value of loss $11.15.

HARASSMENT: On 10-15-25 Roberto Salacar Ismodes (19) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 9-28-25 at Red Rose Indoor Arena, 3549 Hempland Rd, during a Men’s League soccer game.

HARASSMENT: On 10-16-25 a 15-year-old male student of Mount Joy was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 9-30-25 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY: On 10-16-25 a 15-year-old male of East Petersburg was charged with (2) counts of Child Pornography (F2), stemming from an investigation that started 5-7-25 when police received a Cyber Tipline Report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).  There were more than 30 files of Child Sexual Abuse Material located on the juvenile’s phone.

WEAPONS ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 10-16-25 a 13-year-old male student of Mount Joy was charged with Weapons on School Property (M1) and Use of Tobacco Products in School (S), stemming from an incident 10-10-25 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

RETAIL THEFT: On 10-17-25 police received a retail theft report from BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd, that occurred 10-15-25.  An unidentified male entered the store, removed (2) Nintendo Switch controller’s and a Sony PS5 controller from their packaging before concealing them on his person.  He then left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $254.97.
