UPDATE:  The guilty party has contacted the police and has returned the phone.

ORIGINAL POST: On 8/12/23 at approximately 2:32p.m. a white female wearing a black and white striped sun dress, wearing sunglasses, and holding a pink coat removed a black in color iPhone from CVS on the 600 block of Locust Street.  The cell phone was mistakenly left in the store by the victim.
