The snow emergency is still in effect in Columbia Borough.  The Columbia Borough Highway Department and the Columbia Borough Police will begin clearing snow from 3rd Street beginning immediately.  They will begin at 3rd and Maple Streets and will continue South.  Please try to avoid this area if at all possible.  Vehicles parked in this area will be towed at the owners expense.  Thank you for your cooperation, understanding and patience.  Stay Safe.
