The Columbia Borough Police Department will be painting parking meters in the 200, 300 and 400 blocks of Locust Street on Monday, July 18th and Tuesday, July 19th between 7:00am and 3:00pm.  We will not enforce parking for meters in this area, but would greatly appreciate if residents would use alternate parking during these days.
