The Columbia Borough Police would like to welcome our newest Officer to the Columbia Police Department.  Officer Bryce Mowbray was sworn in as a full-time Patrol Officer on May 24, 2021.  He is a native of Lancaster County and graduated high school at Penn Manor High School.  He attended Bloomsburg University where he majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology.  Officer Mowbray attended the Reading Police Academy and after completing the academy he was employed as a part-time patrol Officer in a small borough in Schuykill County, Pennsylvania for the last few months.
