A mandatory pre-bid meeting for the McGinness project will take place today, Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 1020 Manor St. Columbia, PA 17512.
Anyone wishing to submit a bid to acquire the 41-acre parcel must attend this meeting.
After a brief meeting at the McGinness site, the group will relocate to the Columbia Fire Department to continue the discussions on the bid process and to answer questions.
