The Columbia Borough Police Department is giving away High Visibility Trick-or-Treat bags, which were donated by the Chickies Rock Moose, Lodge 307, Chapter 724, to children 13 years and younger.

Please stop by the Police Department, located at 308 Locust Street, to pick up your free bag.
