The Columbia Borough Police Department is giving away High Visibility Trick-or-Treat bags, which were donated by the Chickies Rock Moose, Lodge 307, Chapter 724 to children 13 years and younger.

Please stop by the Police Department located at 308 Locust Street to pick up your free bag and to see the Halloween Displays in our front windows.
