On 11/1/22 at approximately 5:10pm a resident of the 200 block of North Third Street, Columbia, PA notified the Police Department that he found a black and white bicycle in his yard.  Anyone missing a bicycle is encouraged to contact the Columbia Borough Police Department at 717-684-7735 to claim the bike.
