The Columbia Borough School District has partnered with Twin Rose Family Medicine and Lititz Apothecary to offer a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic, which is open to the Columbia Community (ages 5yrs and up) on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 8:00am-10:00am at the Columbia Middle School, Taylor Campus, located at 45 North 9th Street, Columbia, PA.  A Parent/guardian must be present for the vaccine to be administered.  Please enter through the front door.
