On 3/25/21 at approximately 2:30pm Sergeant Jacobs and Officer Oster of the Columbia Borough Police Department and the Borough's Building Manager, Wilson Affeld, worked together to rescue a child who was trapped in a vehicle in the area of Third and Union Streets, Columbia, PA. Great Job!
