County Commissioners Present a Check to Columbia Borough

The County Commissioners unanimously voted to approve $28,140 of County American Rescue Act (ARPA) funds to assist with the establishment of an Emergency Operations Center that is both in a set location, as well as mobile.

As a critical public safety need, this request meets both Public Safety and Technology modernization.

Once established, this facility can also serve as a western Emergency Operations Center for the County for large, multi-jurisdictional events.
