The Columbia Borough Police Department is proud to announce that Officer Frank Ember III, Officer Austin Miller, and Sergeant Andrew Snyder (not pictured), have each received a letter of commendation for their bravery and professionalism while responding and handling a critical incident involving an armed suicidal subject. The award was presented by the Lancaster Board of Commissioners. Congratulations to our officers on this well-deserved recognition.
