On 10/23/22 Corporal Dave Souders and Officer Nate Miller handed out high visibility Trick-or-Treat bags (with goodies inside) at the United Methodist Church Trunk-or-Treat event. We would like to thank Pastor Grubbs for inviting the Columbia Police Department to participate.  We had a great time!
